User unable to login to KigoPro (No Account Exists/Email is unrecognized)
You are trying to log in to KigoPro, but you receive an error "No Account Exists" or the email is unrecognized by the system.
The reason you can't access Kigo is because your User Account is setup in the system as Inactive.
