Property not syncing with Instasite Website

Kigo property doesn't sync with your website.

Resolution

To sync the property on the Instasite website, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure property is correctly setup:          

a. Ensure Data Quality score is at least 4/5:

i. Go to Kigo > PROPERTIES
ii. Go to MANAGEMENT > All Properties
iii. Locate property > click on it
iv. Click Explain to see what's missing
v. Update accordingly
vi. Click SAVE

b. Ensure website settings are correct:

i. Go to Kigo > PROPERTIES
ii. Go to MANAGEMENT > All properties
iii. Locate property > click on it
iv. Click Advanced
v. Go to Website Settings
vi. Uncheck all options
vii. Click SAVE

c. Sync Property Data on WordPress Dashboard:

i. Go to WordPress Dashboard
ii. Go to Kigo > Data Sync > Date Sync Setup
iii. Click Force full properties sync
