Property not syncing from Kigo to Falcon Website

Symptom
Properties that you added in Kigo are not showing on your website.
Environment
Website - Falcon
Cause
Resolution
To fix this, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure Data Quality score is at least 4/5. To check, follow the steps below:
 
a. Go to Kigo > PROPERTIES
b. Click All Properties
c. Locate property > click on it
d. Click Explain to see what's missing
e. Click SAVE
 
2. Sync Property Data in WordPress Dashboard. To sync property, follow the steps below:
 

a. Go to WordPress Dashboard
b. Click Kigo Settings > Kigo Settings
c. Click Sync Property Data
 
3. Check if property is Published in WordPress. To check, follow the steps below:
 

a. Go to WordPress Dashboard
b. Click Properties > All properties
b. Locate property > click on it
c. Locate Status
d. Select Published
e. Click Update

If you are using the New Kigo Channel Manager, please see steps below:

1. Repeat step number 1 above        

2. Check if property is Imported in KigoPro or if the property is Inactive in KigoPro 
 
To check if the property is Imported in KigoPro, please see the steps below: 
 
a. Go to KigoPro > Channels 
b. Click Overview
c. Locate Listing Collection Name > click Vacation Rental 
d. Locate property 
e. If property is not on the list > click Import Listings
f. Locate property > tick on it
g. Click Save 
 
To check if the property is Inactive in KigoPro, please see the steps below: 
 
a. Go to KigoPro > Channels 
b. Click Overview
c. Locate Listing Collection Name > click Vacation Rental 
d. Locate property 
e. If property is not on the list > click View Inactive Listings
f. Locate property 
g. Click Activate
g. Click Save 

3. Assign necessary information fro the property (Stay Rules, Fees and Taxes, Contract, Channels)
 
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 above 

5. Check if Channel is assigned to Property:
 
a. Go to KigoPro > Channels
b. Click Overview
c. Locate Kigo Websites > Listing Collection Name
d. Click Vacation Rentals
e. Locate Property
f. Locate Channel
g. Click +Add Channel
h. Select Channel
i. Click Apply
