Property/Unit not listed in Kigo Channel Manager

Symptom
You wanted to know why the property is not listed in the Kigo Channel Manager even if the property has 4/5 Data Quality and active in Kigo and in KigoPro.
Environment
Kigo Channel Manager
Cause
Resolution
To resolve this, please follow the steps below:
     
     1. Import listings:
         a. Go to KigoPro
         b. Go to Channels > Overview
         c. Locate Channel > click on it
         e. Click Import Listings
     
     2. Configure the following:
          a. Assign Stay Rule to Unit/Property in Kigo Channel Manager
          b. Assign/Unassign Fees and Taxes to Unit/Property in Kigo Channel Manager
          c. Assign Contract to Unit/Property in KigoPro
          d. Assign Channel to unit/property in Kigo Channel Manager

     3. Check if property is inactive:
         a. Go to KigoPro
         b. Go to Channels > Overview
         c. Locate Channel > click on it
         d. Click View Inactive Listings
         e. If property is listed, click  Activate

  

 
Additional Information
If property cannot be found on the Inactive Listings or Import Listings List, please advise to wait for at least 24 hours as Sync Delay may have affected the property in showing up on the Kigo Channel Manager.
