Payment/Refund Status Check in KigoPay

Symptom
You need to check the payment/refund status in KigoPay to make sure payment/refund was processed.

KigoPay
Cause
Resolution
You will need to check if the payment is already posted in KigoPay, please follow the steps below :
  1. Login to KigoPay
  2. Go to MANAGEMENT > Transactions
  3. Use filters to view necessary Transactions
  4.  Once you verified the payment/refund is posted, you may send an email to KigoPay:
