Double bookings from Booking.com

Symptom
Bookings are still allowed when there is already a booking for the same date, thus cause double bookings.

Cause
First booking was not imported to Kigo.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, please log a support case with Kigo Support by:

Additional Information
Please note that pre-existing reservations prior to Booking.com integration are not automatically imported into Kigo. The calendar in Kigo must blocked off either by manually entering the booking in Kigo or blocking off availability in the Rates & Availability page to prevent double-bookings.
