Contract not sent to guest in KigoPro

Symptom
The contract to a booking was not emailed to your guest.
Your guest did not receive the contract sent.
Environment
KigoPro - Settings
Cause
Here are the possible reasons:
1. Contract not assigned to Unit
2. Contract not configured
3. Territory not assigned
4. Contract Creation not set
5. Unit not Active 
6. No General Guest Setting assigned to Unit/Property
Resolution

To ensure the Contract is sent to your guest, please follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure Contract is assigned to Unit:
a. Go to KigoPro > Settings (Gear icon)
b. Click Unit Settings
c. Click Guests
d. Locate unit
e. Click Settings
e. Go to Contract
f. Ensure Contract is assigned to Unit
g. Click Save
      
       2. Ensure Contract is configured:
 
a. Go to KigoPro > Settings (Gear icon)
b. Click Manage Configurations
c. Click Reservations 
d. Go to General Guest Settings
e. Locate contract > click on it
f. Go to Contract Mode
g. Ensure Auto Create is selected
h. Go to Contract Creation Rule
i. Ensure Any booking not on hold is selected

        3. Ensure a Territory is assigned to Unit:

 a. Go to KigoPro > Settings (Gear icon)
 b. Click Unit Settings
 c. Click Admin
 d. Locate property
 e. Click Settings
 f. Locate Territory
 g. Ensure Territory is assigned to Unit
 h. Click Save


         4. Check General Guest Settings:

 a. Go to KigoPro > Settings (Gear icon)
 b. Click Manage Configurations
 c. Click Reservations > General Guest Settings
 d. Check contract and settings
 e. If booking doesn't meet settings, Contract will not be sent


          5. Check if unit for booking is Inactive:

 a. Go to KigoPro > Settings (Gear icon)
 b. Go to Unit Settings
 c. Click Admin > View Inactive Properties
 d. Locate unit
 e. Click Activate

6. Ensure General Guest Setting is assigned to Unit:

 a. Go to KigoPro > Settings (Gear icon)
 b. Go to Unit Settings
 c. Go to Guests
 d. Locate unit
 e. Click Settings
 f. Go to General
 g. Select intended General Guest Setting
 h. Click Save
