You would like to change your Homeaway Cancellation Policy to Strict.

Resolution
Kigo does not support the Strict Cancellation Policy in HomeAway/VRBO. 
You may choose between Firm, Moderate, Relaxed, and No Refund Cancellation Policy in HomeAway/VRBO. 

Your Online Charge Rule will set the Cancellation Policy for your listing in HomeAway/VRBO. To update an Online Charge Rule, please follow the steps below:
  1. Go to Kigo > PROPERTIES
  2. Go to SETUP > Booking Rules
  3. Locate Online Charge Rule and click on it
  4. Edit accordingly
  5. Click SAVE
For No Refund Cancellation Policy, the Remainder due of your Online Charge Rule in Kigo should be less than 7 days. 
For Relaxed Cancellation Policy, the Remainder due of your Online Charge Rule in Kigo should be between 7 and 13 days. 
For Moderate Cancellation Policy, the Remainder Due of your Online Charge Rule in Kigo should be between 14 and 29 days. 
For Firm Cancellation Policy, the Remainder due of your Online Charge Rule in Kigo should be between 30 days or more.
