These release notes summarize Kigo software changes made on September 20, 2017.

“Net of Cost Due To Owner” Option Removed from the Fees Detail Pages

In the Fees detail pages, the Net of cost due to owner option is no longer available for new fees. Going forward only the Amount due to owner and Treat as rent options are available.

Offices Must be “Active” to be Designated as a Primary Office

In the Solution setup page, when you add an office location its status must be “Active” for you to designate it as a primary office.


Parent Property is Blocked Out if Child Property is Set to Lock Off

When a property has Lock off enabled, if the parent property is booked then the child property is not available for booking on the Calendar page. For example, if the main house is booked, then the guest house is not available for booking.


Only Active Properties Appear in the Occupancy Dashboard Properties Filter

Only properties with active sunset dates are available in the Properties filter of the Occupancy dashboard page. You can find the Sunset date on the Edit properties page under the Unit tab.

Payment Collection Page Filters by “With Card on File”

The Batch payment collection page shows bookings when you select With card on file from the Filter by drop-down list.

Suggested Properties Box Resizes to Fit the Current Window Size

In the Lead request page, the Suggested properties box auto-resizes and fits the current window size automatically.

(Channel Manager) Properties in Channel Manager Use the Public Headline

All properties in the Channel Manager will use the Public headline going forward.
