These release notes summarize software changes made during the Kigo update release on Thursday, February 11, 2016.

Inactive Lead Requests Set to "Completed" Status After 30 Days

Lead requests on the Lead requests page are set to a "Completed" status after 30 days of inactivity.


(BAPI) Save and Put Methods Update Property Fields

The property fields HideAvailability, IsBookable, and AvailableOnline could not be updated using a BAPI Save or Put method. This issue has been resolved. When you make a BAPI call to change these fields using a Save or Put method, the values are updated.


Reports Access Changed on Reports Page

The Bookings by Agent report and Bookings by Agent - Extended report are now only visible to the following roles:

  • General Manager
  • Marketing Manager
  • Bookkeeper
  • Booking Manager
  • Booking Agent

Welcome E-mail Can be Sent from Owner Page

Clients were receiving error messages when they clicked the Send welcome e-mail button on the Owner page. Clients may now send a Welcome e-mail to an owner without error.

Survey Activated for February

A survey will appear when users log on to their Kigo solution during the month of February. Users have the option of accepting the survey, declining to complete the survey, or delaying their response to the survey. This survey is a Net Prompter Score (NPS) survey that allows us to determine how likely clients are to recommend Kigo to a colleague. We will be analyzing the results of the survey to identify trends based on the different subcategories of clients, and plan to use this information to improve the experience of clients and drive loyalty.

Password Recovery Page Support Phone Number Updated

The contact phone number for Kigo support has been updated to 1-469-617-5446 on the Password Recovery page.

(Channel Manager) Rent Adjustment Removed from Preferred Channels

Rent adjustment is no longer available for the preferred channels on the My channels page. The preferred channels include, HomeAway, and FlipKey.

(Kigo Web Sites) Text Editing in Kigo WordPress Updated

When editing text in the Kigo WordPress interface, some clients experienced an issue with auto-scrolling behavior. This issue has been resolved. The fields in the Kigo WordPress interface now remain the correct size when clients edit text.
