You want to know why a Booking.com reservation wasn't automatically cancelled in Kigo.
Environment
Channel Manager - Booking.com
Answer
Cancellations from Booking.com will be automatically reflected in Kigo, provided that the reservation was not modified or changed before the cancellation in Booking.com. 
If the reservation was modified prior to the cancellation date, Kigo will inform you of the changes and you need to do a manual cancellation in Kigo.

To change the booking status of a reservation, please follow Change booking/reservation status in Kigo

If the booking hasn't been modified prior to the cancellation or the booking is through Kigo Channel Manager, please log a support case with Kigo Support by:
