Article reservation not cancelled automatically in Kigo

You want to know why a reservation wasn't automatically cancelled in Kigo.
Channel Manager -
Cancellations from will be automatically reflected in Kigo, provided that the reservation was not modified or changed before the cancellation in 
If the reservation was modified prior to the cancellation date, Kigo will inform you of the changes and you need to do a manual cancellation in Kigo.

To change the booking status of a reservation, please follow Change booking/reservation status in Kigo

If the booking hasn't been modified prior to the cancellation or the booking is through Kigo Channel Manager, please log a support case with Kigo Support by:
